House 5121 • Vitrolite Washroom Walls
These glass panels are Vitrolite. They are in two original, unremodelled washrooms of my house built in 1949-51. The glass is solidly coloured, not mottled (any apparent mottling or variation is a reflection, shadow, or other such effect). One washroom has a lighter green than the other—I think the darker one is "Cactus" and the lighter is "Jade Agate" as seen here. Got a comment?
